(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Minnesota Twins came through in the clutch during a 6-5 come-from-behind win over the Chicago White Sox at Target Field.
Minnesota trailed by three entering the bottom of the eighth. Trevor Larnach smashed a two-run home run during the frame to bring the Twins within one, and Byron Buxton tied the game with a solo blast in the ninth. Later in the inning, Alex Kirilloff hit a walk-off RBI single to win the game. Jay Jackson earned his first win in relief as the Twins have won three of four.
Minnesota and Chicago will continue their series on Wednesday night. Joe Ryan will be on the bump for the 9-13 Twins.
