Desperate Wolves defeat Nets

The Minnesota Timberwolves took down the Brooklyn Nets 107-102 last night to get back to the .500 mark. Minnesota is now 40-40 with two games remaining in the regular season.

All five Minnesota starters finished in double figures led by 23 points from Anthony Edwards. Karl-Anthony Towns added 22 points, 14 rebounds, and five assists, while Rudy Gobert chipped in 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Mikal Bridges paced Brooklyn with 24 points and five rebounds.

The Wolves are currently in ninth place in the Western Conference, placing them into the play-in tournament. Minnesota will wrap up the regular season visiting San Antonio on Saturday then hosting New Orleans on Easter Sunday.
