(Minot, ND) -- A nuclear symposium at Minot Air Force Base provided updates on defense system upgrades and overseas threats.
Lieutenant General Michael Lutton discussed the Sentinel Program, which entails billions in upgrades to North Dakota's 150 launch facilities.
Governor Doug Burgum and Representative Kelly Armstrong spoke at the event, while Representative Kevin Cramer joined via video call from Washington, DC.
